While the tanks would cut supply consumption by a bit, fuel/IC/resources go up really hard, soft attack doesn't change much (with max tech), the biggest difference is breakthrough. Hardness is a bit more difficult to account for, because it's averaged across all battalions, and we might be using mechanized or whatever which would minimize the impact here. Doctrines like SF or MW would wiggle those around. I guess your estimation wasn't terribly far from the actual marks. Tanks would get 345% breakthrough, spg only get 150%, +130%. To use actual numbers from the tanks/SPG, and again assuming mediums with no differences in the vehicles, tanks get 300% while SPG would get between 200-270%, which is +11-50% soft attack. So, you're paying +50% IC/resources/fuel, to get +15% soft attack and +115% breakthrough (arbitrary numbers) and -18.5% supply.
